Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll send over a quick questionnaire. This helps us understand your vision, style, and wedding details so we can confirm that we’re the right fit for each other. If you’re working with a planner, they might skip this step, as they’ll already share the key details with us.
Step 3: Chat With Us
Next, we’ll schedule a 30–45 minute phone consultation. This is where we dive into your questionnaire, get to know your preferences, and explain our process in more detail. It’s also the perfect opportunity to ask us any questions you have—from specific flower choices to how we handle setup on your big day.
Step 4: Your Proposal
After our call, we’ll craft a personalized floral proposal tailored to your wedding vision. This is when you’ll see the numbers, and we’ll work together to adjust the details and create a quote you’re comfortable with. Our proposals typically come with a two-week expiration date, so you’ll have time to review everything without feeling rushed.
Step 5: Book Your Date
Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll send over an electronic contract. As soon as we receive your signed agreement and 1/3 retainer, your wedding date is officially reserved, and you’re part of the Bella Family! It’s a moment worth celebrating—one big item checked off your wedding to-do list!
Step 6: Final Touches
We’re with you every step of the way! About two months before your wedding, we’ll reach out to schedule your final consultation. This is when we fine-tune the details, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned with your vision for the big day.
